Goods purchased through peterwoolley.co.uk may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund provided they are in resaleable condition. You must, however, inform us prior to returning your item/s of your intention to return either by letter or email to customerservice@peterwoolley.co.uk and this must be done within 7 days of receipt of your order. (Please Note - You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping and this will not be reimbursed unless the goods are faulty or by prior agreement). We will always comply with the provisions of the EU Distance Selling Regulations.
