The calendar features a collection of work painted from Peter's recent sketching and walking trips.

18/11/16: New Subscription Option for Online Videos

A new subscription option - Member - has been added to the Private Online Student Service.

For only £9 per month you can enjoy all the streaming video demonstrations available on the Student Service site.

This new option provides you with limited access to service features. Members are entitled to view all of the video demonstrations on the site, along with accompanying notes (when available). Projects and One-to-one Tuition are not available on this plan. Subscriptions are on a monthly payment agreement that may be upgraded to Student status, or cancelled at any time.


31/10/16: Demonstration Paintings added to Gallery

An exciting new gallery has been added to the site, featuring original work produced in demonstrations for art groups and during the many workshops that Peter runs.

As such, some are more 'finished' than others, have other sketches and demonstrations on their reverse or carry marks from having being used in a workshop environment; all are taking up valuable space in the studio, hence the bargain-basement prices.

2017 'WORLD TRAVELS' CALENDAR

This calendar features a collection of work painted on Peter's travels while running workshops on cruise ships.

From the Blue Grotto, on the dramatic coastline of Malta, to a stunning sunrise over Palermo, on the island of Sicily. The wild, snowy mountains of Iceland are featured, along with an iceberg off the coast of Greenland. The year is also marked by the historic cities of London and Venice.

2017 'AMAZON' CALENDAR

To coincide with Peter's return to the Amazon in January 2017, running workshops on the cruise ship MV Marco Polo, this calendar features a collection of work painted on his previous travels to the Amazon and surrounding area.

The native village of Boca Do Valeria, its wooden buildings and river boats, features heavily, as does Lake Maica, where Peter enjoyed Piranha fishing, near Santarem. 29/05/15: Patchings Art Festival

Peter will be exhibiting/demonstrating at the 2015 Patchings Art, Craft & Design Festival next week.

He will be painting from recent sketches throughout the duration of the Festival, and will be more than happy to take a break and discuss his work with visitors. The full range of DVDs will be available from Peter's stand, along with Limited Edition Prints and Cards, and a selection of Original Paintings. He will also be signing copies of his new book Hills and Mountains in Watercolour, published by Search Press.

The Festival will be held from Thursday the 4th until Sunday the 7th of June at Patchings Art Centre in Calverton, Nottinghamshire.

30/03/15: Weekend Workshop in WAR HORSE COUNTRY

The 7th Annual watercolour workshop will be taking place at Broadwoodkelly Village Hall, near Winkleigh, in Devon, on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, on Saturday/Sunday the 18th and 19th APRIL 2015.

Featuring sketching sessions on private farmland (Pattiland Farm) and around the the beautiful village settings of Broadwoodkelly and Iddesleigh (home, and inspiration, for the novel and movie 'War Horse'), the course is designed to improve sketching techniques and features painting demonstrations in a relaxed workshop environment. 12/05/14: Beginners Course dates - September 2014

The starting dates for this year's 10-week, Stage 1 Watercolour for Beginners Course run by Peter Woolley has now been finalised.

Classes will be run at St. Joseph's Parish Hall in Richmond, North Yorkshire, on Wednesday mornings (10am - 12noon), starting on the 10th of September 2014

Fees are £95 for 10 sessions
or book Stages 1 and 2 (20 sessions - Stage 2 starts February 2015) for only £170.
