If we fancied a walk out, but didn&#8217;t want to travel too far, then &#8216;lets go to Marske&#8217; was a familiar refrain.<\/p>\n<p>Originally conceived as a demonstration for my\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@peterwoolleyartist\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">YouTube Channel<\/a>, and subsequently a project for my online students, I always felt the composition came together particularly well, and aptly illustrated my technique for painting summer foliage. I&#8217;ve painted it several times since, as demonstration pieces for art clubs, but this was the first &#8211; and, I think, the best.<\/p>\n<p>The specific location is Telfit Bank.
