It’s an area of vast open moorland, riddled with pot holes and limestone pavements, and featuring three of Yorkshire’s highest hills… and a famous railway viaduct.
In this celebration of one of the most visually exciting and inspiring areas in the Dales. Peter paints Ribblehead Viaduct at Sunset, tackles the Limestone Pavement below Ingleborough, and creates a dramatic sky over the iconic Pen-y-Ghent. before completing the collection with a loose line and wash painting of Hull Pot – the biggest natural hole in England
