Yorkshire Water had announced a county-wide hosepipe ban some weeks before, and daily news items told us that reserves were at an all-time low. But, as Tracey and I were relaxing out in our back garden, enjoying the warm weather, it was one particular, online local news story that caught my eye So much so that, we spontaneously grabbed our cameras, jumped in the car, and drove 19 miles to Baitings Reservoir, near Ripponden, to take a look at a bridge that no-one apparently knew was there, and had been revealed by the low water.
