Y Lliwedd, Snowdon (Pencil Sketch)

Description

This is the magnificent view looking down the Y Lliwedd Ridge from just below the summit of Mount Snowdon in Wales.

Mountain views don’t come much better than this; fortunately, the conditions were clear when I was up there, so capturing large amounts of high quality information wasn’t a problem. This sketch was produced in the studio from two or three reference photos I took at the time, and was later painted up into a watercolour as part of a demonstration for the Kirby Bellars Group of Artists in November 2017.

This painting is supplied unframed, and will be dispatched in protective packaging with rigid backing panel, ready to take to a framer.
