Winter Light on Kisdon Hill (Original Watercolour)

Description

Kisdon Hill is at the head of Swaledale, between Thwaite and Keld.

I just loved these winter-bare trees and the weak wintery afternoon light illuminating the patches of snow. The scene brings back many memories of walks in the area, which was a regular stomping ground for when we lived in Richmond, at the opposite end of the dale.

This painting is supplied unframed, and will be dispatched in protective packaging with rigid backing panel, ready to take to a framer.
