Description
I came across this muddy track on a local walk near Silsden, just below Rombalds Moor (near Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales).
I am always attracted to puddles, as they provide a great, natural way to visually link the top and bottom halves of a composition together. In this case, the puddles also help to open the scene out somewhat. They also help to illustrate the fact that we get a lot of rain in this part of the world.
This painting is supplied unframed, and will be dispatched in protective packaging with rigid backing panel, ready to take to a framer.
